A lot of attention is being paid to the SEIU, Acorn and the Union take over of Chrysler and General Motors all the while uncovering corruption at the hightest levels and endless connections to the "Good Ol boys" in Washington, those being our Congress and Senate men and women.  Why then would there not be a connection to the same from the same in our school system.  Our children, the ones who will some day inherit this country, are being betrayed by those who are running it now!  Why is this travesty not being addressed?  Who is afraid of who?  We know that most of the parents of these current victimized children are the direct result of this same system and who are themselves unaware of the failure's of that same system that was inflected on them just a few years earlier.  When will this failed process of dumbing down our young come to an end?  It is by design that the schools have fallen pray to this guaranteed failure.  The politicians from both sides of the isle have found a "MECA" in taking control of the school system, why else would they get nervous when the "people" want free choice in where their children attend school, the vouchers, private schools, OMG!  Its good business for the politician to say that they are for school funding, this is buying votes, again at the expense of the children.  Why is it that power and position for the short term, is more important than the betterment of our educational system for the long term?  Greed on the part of the Unions and the Politicians is the answer to that.  Is there hope that we citizens will one day take back those things that are a sacred gift of a free society?  If the Unions and Politicians continue to seize control of the Constitution and the rights of the people we will soon be in the same catagory as Zimbabwe.  To much television doesn't have anything to do with it.
